Eric Lazzari is the founder and principal of Retirement Impact, a fiduciary investment advisory firm focused on corporate retirement plans. He started the firm in 2021 to work directly with 401(k) and 403(b) plan sponsors on the governance and oversight their plans require.

With more than 25 years in the industry, Eric has worked with executives, HR leaders, and finance teams on the full range of plan responsibilities: ERISA compliance, investment menu oversight, fee benchmarking, vendor management, and participant outcomes. His approach centers on sound process and well-documented decisions, which serve both the employer and the employees who depend on the plan.

Eric also develops analytics tools that help translate plan data into clear, committee-ready information, bringing a practical, evidence-based perspective to his recommendations.

Eric lives in Andover, Massachusetts, where he is active in the community.

Lauren's expertise, spanning financial planning, investment management, and financial therapy, is bolstered by prestigious certifications, including Certified Financial Planner® practitioner, Certified Investment Management Analyst®, Certified in Financial Social Work, and Accredited Investment Fiduciary®.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Lauren is deeply committed to community service. She serves as a Board Member of Make a Wish RI & MA, Co-Chair of Boston 50/50 Women on Boards and teaches Mindfulness & Compassion practices in her community.

Her dedication to empowering others extends beyond the boardroom, embodying her belief in the transformative power of emotional connections in driving financial well-being.

The list is created and conducted by the National Association of Plan Advisors, an affiliate organization of the American Retirement Association, a non-profit association. Nominees were required to submit responses to an application comprised of a series of quantitative and qualitative questions about their experience, size and composition of their practice, awards and recognitions, and industry contributions, which were then reviewed by a panel of senior advisor industry experts, who, based on those criteria, and following a broker-check review, selected the top women advisors.
